Cheryl is HANDS DOWN the best customer rep. I have ever worked with. I was in panic mode after a company announced an inventory mistake and cancelled my order for balloons. Balloons specifically themed for a corporate event. Cheryl helped me every step of the way, and eased my stress for planning. I ordered Thursday and they came in Tuesday morning. This company was fantastic! They have excellent customer service from placing the order to rushing my order through and shipping it to me. They also followed up to ensure it arrived. Cheryl helped me and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
Great pens with well placed design. My only suggestion when placing your order is to pay extra for the proofing. When our order was placed there was some discrepancy on the text that was to be placed on the product. It wasn't until receiving our proof that it was noticed. Making the adjustments was a breeze & there communication was spot on. I would highly recommend their this company.
