POLICIES & ART REQUIREMENTS

PRODUCTION
Production time for 25-2000 latex printed balloons and 10-200 Mylar Printed balloons is 1 BUSINESS DAY. NAPKINS: There are 2 choices available for production on Napkins. 1DAY PRODUCTION will be done exactly as balloons explained above. 5DAY PRODUCTION will ship the 5th business day. Orders placed for these products by 11:00am PST on any business day are shipped the following business day or 5th BUSINESS DAY as selected by the customer. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

All orders of personalized 36 inch Heart shape balloons up to 100 pc., 40, 54 & 72 inch Giant balloons up to 25 pc. are produced in 1 business day.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER.

SHIPPING
We exclusively use FedEx and UPS for all domestic ground and overnight shipments. International customers must call or email customer service to receive freight quote before placing their orders.

Customer is responsible for selecting the correct shipping method to ensure their balloons arrive on time for their event. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to shipping carriers mis-handling of packages.


PRINTING & PACKAGING
Prices for personalized balloons include balloons and silk-screen imprint with any 1 color ink. Prices for Napkins include napkins and silk-screen imprint with any 1 color ink

Balloons are packaged in poly bags and shipped un-inflated. Customer must inflate them with air or Helium.


ART ACCEPTENCE
We accept PC formatted Black & White AI, EPS, and PDF Vector art files. Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves before submitting your art files. We are not responsible if customer fails to outline fonts before submitting their art files.

MISPRINTS, ERRORS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All misprints and typographical errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. If customer forgot to upload their art file or customer provided art included fonts that were not outlined and were substituted for a different font by our computer system, this is not considered a misprint & cannot be claimed as such.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If the balloons do not hold helium, have holes or if the print is smeared, ONLY these issues can be claimed as defective products. In case of any errors caused by us, we will issue a call tag to have the product picked up. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect the product and if we find the product was shipped in error, customer will have the option to get the correct product printed and shipped to them or a full refund will be issued to the customer

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No returns or refunds on custom printed products. Unprinted and other stock items may be returned if the bags are unopened. A 20% restocking charge will apply and customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges. A return merchandise authorization number must me obtained by contacting customer service prior to shipping back any authorized returns. Any products returned without RMA number, will be refused upon arrival.

ORDER CANCELLATION and/or CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDER POLICY
Due to our extremely quick production time, customer has 1 hour from the time order is placed to cancel or make changes to the order. If the order is not cancelled in 1 hour, customer will be charged $25 for the processing. If the order has already been produced, it cannot be cancelled or changed and will be shipped to the customer. REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL WITHIN 1 HOUR OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

If we are out of stock on any item, we will inform the customer promptly. Customer will have the option to cancel the order for full refund or wait for the product to be available. Upon receipt of product, we will inform the customer of expected ship date.

Customer will not receive any discount or free product due to fastballoons.com being out of stock on any item.
